As Listing Coordinator, she manages the retail listings and coordinates with clients, Realtors and title companies to ensure that the entire listing process runs smoothly. She has a degree in Communication Arts with a minor in Organizational Communications. Professionalism, drive and commitment to providing excellent customer service are traits that are very important to her and something she strives to provide for each transaction.

REO Closing Coordinator
Angela started her real estate career in traditional sales and soon learned that her attention to detail made her a great fit for REO administration, overseeing all REO under contract files from start to close. More recently, she has taken on the role of bookkeeper and has thrived in her new position. Her sense of humor and personalized service makes her a unique asset to our team.
As Inspections Coordinator, Matt Theobald oversees and manages property inspections, repairs and reports for REO clients. While relatively new to the real estate industry, Matt has proven to be a valuable asset to the REO team. With degrees in both Business Management and Information Systems, and over 10 years of management background, Matt has the experience and know how to complete any task that comes his way.
Alicia has worked in real estate since 2013 starting in traditional sales as a buyer's specialist, and naturally gravitated towards administration. She has experience as a transaction coordinator and has an in depth understanding of the real estate process. As Reports Auditor, Alicia coordinates with Realtors, photographers, and inspectors to complete comprehensive evaluation reports within the REO team. Her process-oriented mindset and high attention to detail make her a great fit for our group.
Jay Kulawinski brings more than 15 years of real estate and asset management experience to the team. He has a degree in Journalism with a minor in Business Data Processing. As Listing Coordinator for the William Bustos Group, Jay is responsible for providing agents with information on REO listings, coordinating offers and overseeing contract details. His contractual knowledge, drive and personable demeanor are invaluable tools that allow him to provide exceptional customer service.
